In celebration of its 20th anniversary, VistaJet, a global private aviation company, has launched 20 VistaJet Culinary Gems, a new curation of in-flight meals created by world renowned chefs and restaurants for its Private Dining feature.

“We have been on a journey to transform the private dining experience in the air — to make it something to savour,” said Diego Sabino, Vice President of Private Dining. “We have explored the art and science of dining at high altitude, creating delectable flavours that our members can enjoy together on board, whatever the occasion. As we add more and more incredible talents to our selection, we really look forward to welcoming every client with dishes worth going back to, for many miles to come.”

The partnerships are with: Tin Lung Heen, Lucciola, Nobu, Mirazur, Quilon, Forte dei Marmi, Les Amis, Zeffirino, Kumi, Seta, Wasabi by Morimoto, Da Vittorio, Beefbar, Santo Mare, Katsuya, Bianc, Palazzo Petrucci, One Lebanese Cuisine, Caramá by Wolfgang Puck, and Langosteria.

Seasonal dishes from these restaurants will be available with VistaJet silver and red service, and served by its Cabin Hosts, who are trained by the British Butler Institute and Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
