Los-Angeles-based semi-private airline Aero has announced an exclusive in-flight experience featuring renowned celebrity chef Nancy Silverton.
Aero says that the unique event coincides with the Aspen Food & Wine Classic event, offering passengers an unforgettable journey with a curated tasting menu created by Silverton. The flight will take off on 13 June to Aspen and the in-flight experience will feature flavours inspired by Silverton’s work at the Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza and her best-selling cookbook, The Cookie That Changed My Life Forever.
Nancy Silverton is famous for her appearance on Netflix’s Chef’s Table and her many successful restaurants, including LA institutions Osteria Mozza, La Brea Bakery, and Campanile.
Aero says its goals for arranging the special in-flight experience are to showcase the incredible culinary possibilities in the sky, remind the public of a time when in-flight dining was a highlight of aviation and to redefine passenger expectations at 30,000 feet. Limited seats are available for the public to purchase.
