Michelin-starred chef Andrée Rosier has created seven dishes influenced by Basque flavours including two vegetarian options, which are available in Air France’s Business cabin over the next four months.

“It’s a real honour for me to work with Air France and offer the company’s Business customers a choice of dishes inspired by the Basque culture and the South West region,” stated Rosier.

“We proudly welcome Andrée Rosier as our new Business class chef. In joining the leading French starred chefs who sign our menus throughout the year, these latest creations constitute a new occasion to delight our customers and promote this chef’s delicately refined cuisine worldwide”, added Catherine Villar, SVP Customer Experience Air France.

In collaboration with Servair, these menus can be enjoyed on flights on departure from Paris to all Air France long-haul destinations and a selection of medium-haul destinations.
