Latvian airline airBaltic has introduced a new Business Light ticket.
The carrier says the ticket offers passengers a full onboard business class experience and flexibility options, for a more affordable price.
Martin Gauss, Chief Executive Officer of airBaltic commented: “As an innovative airline, we always strive to revise our products to meet the changing needs of our customers. The newly introduced ticket type provides the passenger all of the services traditionally associated with business class, and will increase our competitiveness in the European aviation market. We expect that it will be popular also among leisure travellers.”
Business Light passengers receive a dedicated, personal service and a seasonal three-course meal as well as a wide selection of beverages. Passengers can also check in for the flight at a separate registration counter, use the fast track airport security line and spend time in a business lounge.
airBaltic also allows Business Light passengers to carry extra baggage in the cabin as well as in the hold.
