airBaltic has revealed its most popular in-flight retail products from the first half of 2025.

The most purchased items from the airCafe menu were croissant with ham, wrap with salmon, wrap burger filled with BBQ-infused pulled beef, chicken panini, and sour cream and onion Pringles. Meanwhile, the most popular products were Bugatti perfumes, the Aviator smartwatch, and magic scratch notes.

“When planning our inflight assortment, we always aim to offer a wide range of food and beverage options, ensuring that every customer can find something that suits their preferences,” said Natālija Kuzmina, VP Customer Experience and Insights at airBaltic. “Ahead of each season, we also add to our selection new seasonal items. Our inflight experience is designed to be fully customisable, allowing passengers to tailor their journey to their individual preferences and needs whether they buy on board from a wide assortment of airCafe menu or make a pre-order.

She continued: “For added convenience, passengers can pre-order and customise their meals from an extensive selection of over 30 options, providing even more freedom and variety to our customers. This can be done seamlessly either during ticket purchase or through the Manage My Booking section for existing reservations.”

When it comes to airBaltic’s premium products, the airline has introduced a bidding system for Business Class upgrades, which has given 11,300 passengers upgrades since its launch in 2024.

Following on from its first Starlink-equipped aircraft in early 2025 and plans to have the service across the entire fleet, the airline has installed the in-flight connectivity on 13 of its A220-300s.
