AirFi Announces Three New Airline Customers

In-flight entertainment, connectivity and onboard retail technology company AirFi is celebrating its 15th birthday this week.

The company says that, when it was founded, it set out with a simple but ambitious goal: make life easier for cabin crews and create more engaging experiences for passengers.

“Today, we’re proud to celebrate 15 years of innovation, growth, and partnership across the aviation industry. What started as a vision to transform onboard operations has evolved into a global platform powering inflight entertainment, onboard retail, connectivity, and crew solutions for airlines large and small.”

AirFi says it has achieved milestones such as pioneering portable wireless streaming technology, connected crew solutions, introducing in-seat ordering, expanding LEO connectivity capabilities and supporting more than 80 airline and transportation operators worldwide.

The company commented: “This milestone belongs to the people who made it possible: our customers who trusted us, our partners who grew with us, and our incredible team whose passion, creativity, and dedication continue to push boundaries every day.

“As we celebrate 15 years of AirFi, we’re not just reflecting on where we’ve been—we’re looking ahead to the future of connected, personalised, and revenue-generating onboard experiences. The journey is far from over.”
