Caribbean low-fare airline, Arajet, has incorporated Immfly’s digital solutions to its in-flight experience.
Providing entertainment, connectivity, retail, media and flight operations solutions, Immfly will assist Arajet’s in-flight operations with several components.
“Our partnership with Immfly allows us to integrate a wider range of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay,” said Camilo Convers, Arajet Chief Information, Technology, and Projects Officer. “This collaboration represents a pivotal step in our ongoing effort to provide cutting-edge technologies that translate into exceptional customer service and seamless travel.”
One of the components provided is a crew application, functioning with iOS and Android devices and ensuring flexibility and efficiency. The application includes specialised hardware, such as Pax 920 card machines to facilitate in-flight payments.
There is also a back-office solution, hosted on Microsoft Azure servers. This gives Arajet a platform for commercial and operational management, such as financial reports, promotions, and sales, making all sales operations centralised and easily accessible.
Immfly will equally provide payment solutions by partnering with Worldpay. The collaboration with the payment processor will allow reliable and secure transactions when purchasing in-flight products.
Aras Yildiz, Managing Director of Immfly Retail, commented, “Our inflight retail system, integrated with Worldpay for seamless and secure payments, will streamline sales and inventory management, boosting passenger satisfaction and operational efficiency.”
The digital solutions will commence on 10 aircraft, with the possibility of increasing to 30 aircraft, in proportion to Arajet’s orders.
