Automated Systems in Aircraft Performance, Inc (ASAP), an aircraft performance software developer, has formed an integration partnership with eTT Aviation, a provider of advanced flight planning, crew, and aviation management, to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of flight plans and payload.

The collaboration will see ASAP’s STAR Aircraft Performance & Analysis System incorporate eTT’s SkedFlex Flight Planning System, integrating general flight information, fuel burn data, and route waypoint data for better weight, balance, and drift down performance calculations, specifically optimising the system for iPads and web usage.

“Our partnership with ASAP is an important step in reinforcing our commitment to providing comprehensive, data-driven flight planning solutions,” said Tom LaJoie, President and CEO of eTT Aviation. “By integrating ASAP’s precise weight analysis tools, we can offer operators more informed and efficient decision-making capabilities, ultimately enhancing safety and optimising performance.”

The ASAP STAR system will also benefit from increased accuracy when calculating maximum take-off and landing weights and drift down weight limitations. Due to the data integration, flight planners and dispatchers will have easy access to runway and enroute weight data, while flight and fuel information will be auto populated into the system, saving resources and safeguarding against errors by eradicating the need for manual data input.

“By seamlessly integrating our STAR system with eTT Aviation’s SkedFlex Flight Planning solution, we are poised to drive unparalleled operational efficiency for our operators,” commented Cecil Teets, President & CEO at ASAP. “This integration will enable real-time data synchronisation, ensuring more precise and reliable calculations that will further enhance both flight safety and operational efficiency. At ASAP, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction remains at the core of our mission. This strategic alliance empowers us to exceed the evolving demands of our current and future customers, while reinforcing our competitive edge in an increasingly dynamic and fast-paced aviation landscape.”
