Freight forwarders worldwide can now discover, quote and book Air India’s cargo services within seconds, marking a major step in the carrier’s digital transformation. The partnership underscores cargo.one’s position as the go to AI technology partner for airlines seeking to expand global sales reach and modernise booking experiences.
Air India’s cargo business offers a broad portfolio of products and services across South Asia and key global trade lanes, supported by hub facilities in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The collaboration comes amid Air India’s significant investment and fleet renewal programme, including landmark orders for 600 new aircraft.
