CTT Systems has secured its 100th Inflight Humidification (IFH) VIP system award.
“This is a great milestone achievement not only for CTT but also for our many completion partners involved in the completion projects,” says Peter Landquist, Vice President Senior Advisor Sales of CTT Systems. “Our Inflight Humification VIP system has evolved as a common request in completion projects, especially for VIP aircraft intended for long-haul operations, and with end-customers that value good health, wellbeing and feeling at ease during and after flight. Our IFH VIP system has battle-proven performance in large VIP cabins and holds excellent reliability data.”
The contracts include an order is to supply an IFH VIP system for Boeing BBJ MAX8 aircraft on behalf of AMAC Aerospace.
The IFH VIP system is designed to increase humidity in the entire aircraft cabin, which requires support from three humidifiers. The BBJMAX8 aircraft will be moisture protected with CTT’s unique Anti-Fuselage-Condensation technology. The system is scheduled to be delivered to AMAC in Q2 2022.

Elsewhere, PMV Engineering, in partnership with Airbus Corporate Jets, has ordered two ACJ-Enhanced IFH systems.
The ACJ-Enhanced IFH systems are sold by ACJ to elevate cabin climate in two newbuilt ACJ319neo aircraft. CTT is scheduling its deliveries to ACJ in Q1 and Q2 2022. In total, three ACJ Enhanced IFH systems have been ordered by PMV since ACJ launched it six months ago.
ACJ, CTT and PMV have jointly developed and optimised CTT’s IFH system for the ACJ320 Family. ACJ is selling the ACJ-Enhanced IFH system together with newbuilt ACJ320neo Family (green) aircraft. The ACJ-Enhanced IFH system is offered by ACJ as bolt-on-kit with the STC from PMV.

The Inflight Humidification VIP system restores cabin air humidity to approximately 20 -23% Relative Humidity (RH). The CTT humidifier is based on evaporative cooling technology that effectively precludes the transfer of bacteria. The IFH system is protected by the CTT Anti-Fuselage-Condensation system to prevent moisture issues such as rain-in-the-plane.
