The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) has announced updated dates for EBACE26. The event will now be taking place from Tuesday 2 June to Thursday 4 June 2026 at Palexpo and Geneva Airport, with the dedicated media day returning on Monday 1 June.
Stefan Benz, CEO, EBAA commented: “After carefully assessing the market, we are confident that holding EBACE26 from 2 to 4 June 2026 will offer a better experience for everyone involved. The updated dates are aligned more closely with the needs and requirements of all our exhibitors from different regions, our visitors and support the reimagined format we are introducing for the 2026 edition.
“Our commitment is to deliver an event that adds value and return of investment for all our audiences. The updated dates, alongside the new layout and commercial approach, are designed to make it easier for companies to plan their presence, host customers and do business in Geneva.”
EBAA says that the general exhibitor bookings, which will open in January, have the most competitive pricing model in recent years. Indoor exhibit pricing has been frozen for a second consecutive year, held at 2024 rates and aircraft display prices will be around one fifth the cost of previous EBACE editions.
Exhibitor loyalty and stand size for booking indoor exhibit space will be recognised and a limited number of premium locations are available. Outdoor display exhibitors can choose to host clients in bespoke hospitality structures.
