EVA Air is upgrading its in-flight Wi-Fi service from July by offering free connectivity to Infinity MileageLands members in all cabins, and to Business Class non-members. Promoting the new service, the airline will offer complimentary Wi-Fi access to all passengers for a limited time, from 1 July to 30 September, on its Boeing 777, 300ER, 787, and Airbus A330-300 aircraft.

The Wi-Fi service is only for web-browsing and messaging, but is not compatible for video streaming, video/voice calls, or photo sharing, and works from 10,000 feet cruising altitude.
