Estonia’s Magnetic MRO has completed its first ever Airbus A321neo service delivery on the basis of a seat modification project supported by company’s own EASA approved DOA services.

The passenger cabin reconfiguration project was undertaken on behalf of low-cost carrier Primera Air earlier this month, who replaced its economy seats with ACRO Aircraft Seating’s Series 7 business class seats, for which the airline becomes the launch customer.

“We are so proud to be selected as the key partner by Primera Air for such a momentous project. Not only is this the first time for our company, but also for the industry itself, as the aviation industry has never before seen these types of premium seats on an Airbus A321neo,” said Priit Kimmel, engineering manager at Magnetic MRO.

Magnetic MRO is now preparing for Primera Air’s next Airbus A321neo and Boeing B737 MAX9 aircraft following their releases from final assembly lines in the forthcoming weeks.
