Immfly, a provider of digital onboard solutions, has announced a partnership with Flair Airlines, the Canadian carrier. From this February, the airline’s fleet of 20 737s will be equipped with Immfly’s retail solution.
The solution will enable passengers to use in-seat ordering via their personal devices, going through Immfly’s wireless portal to buy food, drinks, and products. Immfly also has payment reprocessing technology that allows clients to recover over 80 per cent of previously declined payments.
“Our collaboration with Flair Airlines focuses on delivering exceptional passenger and crew experiences while serving as a strategic partner to enhance operations and drive new revenue opportunities,” said Pablo Linz, CEO and Founder of Immfly. “This partnership represents a key step in our North American growth, aligning with our vision to revolutionise the in-flight experience globally.”
“At Flair Airlines, we are relentless in our pursuit of delivering exceptional travel experiences, always putting our passengers at the heart of everything we do,” commented Juliana Ramirez, Flair’s Vice President of Ancillary Revenue & Digital Experience. “Our partnership with Immfly is a testament to this commitment, as their cutting-edge retail technology enables us to enhance and evolve our inflight services. Together, we are ensuring our passengers enjoy an efficient, affordable, and eco-friendly onboard experience that sets a new standard for travel.”
