Flexjet has formed a collaboration with Globe-Trotter, a luxury luggage brand, to create a specially designed luggage collection.

The partnership is based on both companies’ luxury and prestigious clientele, with figures including Queen Elizabeth II and Winston Churchill known to have used Globe-Trotter luggage.

“We are delighted to announce this exciting collaboration, that brings together the decades of expertise and brand prestige from two leaders in complementary luxury sectors,” said Mike Silvestro, CEO of Flexjet. “I’ve long admired Globe-Trotter’s dedication to craftsmanship, and we are each anchored by a deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and an unparalleled blend of exclusivity and sophistication to today’s UHNWI traveller. This limited-edition luggage collection embodies the enjoyment, luxury style and exquisite ease that comes when you travel with Flexjet”.

The Flexjet collections are available in two colourways: Ivory with a steel leather trim, inspired by Flexjet’s livery, and Original Brown with a burgundy leather trim. The pieces are made of a robust vegetable tanned leather and a vulcanised fibreboard body, featuring an aircraft and star pattern interior with the Flexjet logo and aircraft icon.

Vicente Castellano, Executive Chairman at Globe-Trotter commented: “This partnership makes complete sense in that we both have a focus on delivering the exceptional; Flexjet, with their outstanding service and Globe-Trotter’s finest luggage to complete the experience.  We are thrilled our luggage will be taking to the skies with Flexjet.”

The collection consists of a handbag-style Miniature Case, a Carry-On Case, a Medium Check-In Case and a Large Check-In Case, alongside travel accessories such as a Luggage Tag and Passport Cover, made from soft napa leather.

The announcement follows other luxury partnerships established by the airline, including the Ferretti Group, a yachting company, and The Emory, a London-based hotel, where a helicopter arrival is included in the guests’ stay.
