flydocs, a provider of digital records, asset management, and engineering services for the aviation industry, has announced the new appointment of a Head of Professional Services and a Director of Product.

“As part of our strategy, we are pleased to expand our Product team and welcome Tracy and Remon to flydocs,” said Jennifer Ioannidou, Chief Product Officer, flydocs. “Their extensive knowledge of aviation technology across professional services and product strategy will be instrumental in strengthening our customer relationships and enhancing solution discovery. By aligning our product offerings with customer needs, we will help clients achieve operational success and drive revenue growth.”

Tracy Barry is the new Head of Professional Services, with over 25 years of experience in aerospace and defence, with her previous roles including the lead of Service Solutions at Teledyne Controls. In her new position, Barry will work on enhancing customer experience by expanding the company’s professional service offerings and by leading the rollout of its Digital Consultancy and Training Services.

Stepping into the role of Director of Product is Remon Sweers, who will push the digital product portfolio growth strategy to meet the growing needs of the industry for tech. He joins flydocs with experience from QOCO, Regional Jet Centre, and Martinair Maintenance and Engineering.
