FORMIA announces changes to executive leadership team

Airline amenities and comfort items company FORMIA is transitioning its executive leadership team, with Co-Founder and CEO Roland Grohmann’s transitioning into a Board Chairman role and Wilbert de Louw being appointed as Co-Chief Executive Officer effective 1 September 2025.

As founder and CEO of Foodcase International, Wilbert built a global provider of inflight food solutions and created partnerships with many of the same airlines FORMIA serves today.
