Rosen Aviation has been acquired by HEICO Corporation, with the completion of the acquisition taking place on 17 April 2025.
The organisation will be led by Thomas Hemphill, President of Mid-Continent Controls (MC2), a designer and manufacturer of in-cabin power and entertainment components for business jets that was acquired by the HEICO group six months ago, along with two other acquisitions.
