Insperial has announced the acquisition of MGR Foamtex, a developer of interior soft goods and upholstery systems.
MGR Foamtex was established in 1985, with MGRSoftWall, MGRSoftwall NextGen, MGRSafeWall, and MPSHybrid as its main products. The companies aim to combine MGR Foamtex’s manufacturing experience with Insperial’s sales and marketing network.
