JetBlue has announced a new selection of snacks, drinks, and meals for the summer, in addition to updates to its seatback system and content.

From 1 May, all passengers will have complimentary access to Goldfish snack packs and Lotus Biscoff biscuits as new options, alongside the return of Quaker Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars and Chifles Plantain Chips. Other collaborations bring Chef Joe Sasto’s Tantos! Puffed Pasta Chips: Cacio e Pepe to the cabin and Allie’s Banana Bread from a NYC banana bread company.

For Mint customers, a range of menu options have been created with Charlie Bird, a New York City-based restaurant following the popularity of the collaboration’s previous iteration.

For breakfast, passengers will have either an asparagus frittata with goat cheese, herb salad and parmigiano, French toast with raspberry thyme syrup and mascarpone cream, baked egg with salsa verde, parmigiano and crostini, or a waffle with peach compote and maple syrup.

The lunch and dinner menu now offers seven herb salad with marinated cucumbers, goat cheese and lemon vinaigrette, pan roasted chicken with artichokes, mint and breadcrumbs, flat iron steak with summer squash caponata, pine nut crumble and mint, and vanilla gelato with strawberry compote and devil’s food cake crumble.

The airline has also launched several dishes to celebrate its new route to Madrid, with tortilla with piquillo peppers, tuna empanada with blistered shishito peppers, and Basque cheesecake with raspberry compote and mint. Additionally, A Taste of Spain, an in-flight entertainment content collection, has been curated to showcase the country’s culture, with films including Ferdinand, The Bourne Ultimatum, and Vicky Cristina Barcelona.

Equally, DIG, another NYC-based restaurant, has curated a new transatlantic menu. The menu offers smoked turkey croissant layered with brie, fennel, arugula, and balsamic onion jam, ham and herbed ricotta on a warm croissant, fresh watermelon with Tajín, poached pears with sunflower seed granola, chicken grain bowl with grilled chicken, tri-color quinoa, and cucumber yogurt, antipasto mix of pasta, olives, salami, and cheese with oregano vinaigrette, roasted corn salad with kale, pickled peppers, lime juice, or garlic aioli, and beet and carrot slaw with candied sunflower seeds.

In beverages, Mint customers will have access to a new wine option from June, showcasing the 2024 Cellars in the Sky best business class rose silver medal winner, Scribe Estate Rosé of Pinot Noir.

Finally, JetBlue’s Blueprint IFE system has received new features and updates, such as a trending content section, a rate and recommend option, and the ability to customise meals for food allergens. From May the seatback systems will also offer a new range of content tailored to current events and celebrations.

For Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, passengers will be able to watch Everything Everywhere All at Once, The Farewell, and Didi.

For Pride month, the PRIDE Picks collection will feature Battle of the Sexes, Rocketman, and Spoiler Alert.

To celebrate the end of the school year, Schools Out will offer The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Lady Bird, and Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Finally, for nature-focused passengers, the Nonstop Nature collection contains March of the Penguins and The Biggest Little Farm.
