Kingswood Capital Management, which has now completed its acquisition of Safran Passenger Innovations (SPI), has unveiled RAVE Aerospace.
RAVE Aerospace will continue to build on SPI’s established in-flight entertainment and connectivity solutions platform, RAVE, with Matt Smith continuing to serve as Chief Executive Officer, supported by the existing leadership team.
