Korean Air is launching a Premium Class on its retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER aircraft from mid-September 2025 on short- and mid-haul routes. Premium Class sits between the airline’s Prestige and Economy Class, with more spacious seats and a premium service, with the cabin having 40 seats in a 2-4-2 layout.
The seats offer a pitch of 39 to 41 inches and recline up to 130 degrees. They also feature ergonomic headrests and wing-shaped sides, as well as 15.6-inch 4K IFE screens.
For international routes, guests in Premium will be offered a single-tray meal service including a main course, appetiser, and dessert served on Armana/Casa tableware, in additional to wine, coffee, or tea.
“We’re committed to bringing the fully redesigned Boeing 777-300ER and new Premium Class to as many customers as possible,” said a Korean Air representative. “This fleet upgrade has been in progress since 2018 and, after delays due to the pandemic, we’re proud to now offer an elevated travel experience that meets our passengers’ evolving needs.”
