LSG Sky Chefs, a catering and hospitality provider for airlines, has reached a milestone in its partnership with Mallaghan, a Ground Support Equipment (GSE) manufacturer, the 289th piece of GSE ordered by LSG Sky Chefs.
The collaboration holds an agreement that will see orders until 2027, including 96 catering trucks, with a 2025 expected delivery date. The wide-body trucks have safety features, such as intelligent truck camera systems, anti-collision systems, and rear-truck entry designs.

The upgraded systems and intelligence will help to provide Sky Chefs with data that can be used to improve safety and sustainability ventures, while also monitoring the equipment used and its benefit to the drivers.

LSG Sky Chefs and Mallaghan’s partnerships dates back over 12 years, with Sky Chefs being Mallaghan’s launch customer in North America and a consist buyer since.
