Omnevo, a provider of software solutions for e-commerce supply chain, logistics and buy-on board technology has entered into a strategic partnership with Ventiga Capital Partners, a UK-based private equity firm with a track record of investing in the European technology sector.
Omnevo says the investment provides Omnevo with access to new capital and expertise to further accelerate the company’s growth plans, with Omnevo’s senior management team and co-founders remaining in the business and retaining meaningful equity stakes.
