Qantas is launching new Business and Economy class menus with almost 70 new and refreshed items, with a focus on Australian producers.

The menus are structured on a six-week rotation in order to benefit frequent flyers, and feature products from Sydney-based Simmon Logue and Manna from Heaven, and Queensland-based The Handmade Food Co. First Nations businesses are also championed, with items from DreamTime Tuka by Uncle Herb Smith, and Cooee, a female-led Indigenous business founded by Terri-Anne Daniel.

The new Qantas Domestic business menu offers:

  • Coconut, Blueberry & Lemon Bread with Lemon Curd
  • Brie & Onion Tart with Beetroot Relish & Rocket
  • Lamb & Rosemary Pie with Crisp Potatoes & Peas
  • Smoked Salmon with Zucchini Pickles & Lemon Dressing
  • Garlic Prawns with Parmesan Cream & Fettuccine
  • Red Wine Angus Beef with Mash & Green Beans

The new Qantas Domestic economy menu features:

  • Egg & Chorizo Toastie with smoky tomato chutney – The Handmade Food Co.
  • Beef Sausage Burrito Wrap – Yummy Karma
  • Chocolate Caramel Slice – Manna from Heaven
  • Jam Drop Cookie – Cooee Cookies
  • Macadamia Butterscotch Cake – Dreamtime Tuka
  • Pumpkin, Spinach & Parmesan Quiche – Temptation
  • Beef Ragu & Mushroom Pie – Simmone Logue
