The agreement places Satair as the exclusive distributor for Broth’s mechanical lavatory faucets for A320 and A330 aircraft, which are fully interchangeable with previously certified parts. The faucets will be listed in the Airbus Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC) and can be offered in retrofits or in-service upgrades.
“We are pleased to welcome Groth’s mechanical lavatory faucets into our product portfolio,” said Thomas Lagaillarde, Vice President Product Management & Business Development at Satair. “This agreement not only enhances our cabin equipment offering but also strengthens our position in supporting Airbus operators with reliable, Illustrated Parts Catalogue-listed components that improve technical dispatch reliability and reduce total cost of ownership.”
Lars Engelhardt, CEO of Groth Luftfahrt & Systemtechnik, commented: “We are thrilled to be working with Satair to expand the global availability of our products. Satair’s vast distribution network, deep understanding of operators, and strong relationships with MROs worldwide make them an ideal partner to help bring our equipment to a broader market.”
