Soisa has announced the launch of its new buyer-furnished equipment (BFE) dress cover management service at Aircraft Interiors Exhibition.
With this new offering, Soisa is enhancing the precision and efficiency in its supply chain. It will reduce lead times for new deliveries and aftermarket phases, whilst supporting OEMs and intermediary management.
Jacobo Mesta, Sales and Growth Stategy at Soisa, said: “We are committed to enhancing the procurement experience for our clients around the world. At Soisa, we’re not just redesigning cabin interiors; we’re transforming the way the industry approaches procurement.”
Airlines will also benefit from direct procurement, achieving immediate cost savings and reduced lead times, while consistent part numbers throughout the aircraft’s lifecycle eliminating re-engineering and certification costs.
The new process reflects Soisa’s commitment to environmental responsibility and its expanding ESG programme. Direct procurement of materials from Soisa and reduced transit times help lower carbon emissions and the environmental impact associated with traditional procurement methods.
