Stellar Entertainment has appointed Jonathan Fagg (Jono) as senior technology strategist, a new role created as the company expands its global technology leadership and accelerates work in digital platforms, AI‑enabled content ecosystems and connected‑cabin innovation.
Jono will work alongside the vice president of technology to help shape Stellar’s long‑term technology vision and support its innovation roadmap. He brings more than 15 years of experience in digital transformation, customer‑experience strategy and emerging‑technology leadership across global organisations. His background includes senior roles in North America and Asia‑Pacific, with experience spanning CX platforms, digital commerce, AI‑driven solutions and product strategy.
Reflecting on his move to Stellar, Jono said: “I’ve always been drawn to industries mid-disruption, that’s where the most interesting work happens. IFE is in that moment right now, and Stellar is one of the few players with the foundation to shape what comes next rather than react to it.”
In his new position, he will collaborate across teams, clients and technology partners to advance Stellar’s innovation initiatives, support next‑generation commercial opportunities and contribute to the company’s product and platform development. He will also help identify emerging technologies and future service opportunities as Stellar continues to scale globally.
