Tecnam has announced the US premiere of its P2012 VIP at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, marking the aircraft’s first appearance in North America following its global debut at AERO Friedrichshafen earlier this year. The flagship twin engine model arrives in the United States positioned as a new benchmark for executive travel in the light twin category.
Built for private owners and corporate operators, the P2012 VIP is a premium evolution of the proven P2012 Traveller platform. Tecnam has re imagined the aircraft’s cabin with a focus on luxury, comfort, and Italian design, creating an exclusive environment intended to elevate short haul business and personal travel.
Its Oshkosh debut gives U.S. pilots, operators, and enthusiasts their first chance to experience the aircraft’s bespoke interior and strong ramp presence. Tecnam says the P2012 VIP introduces a level of refinement not previously available in this segment.
