The European Business Aviation Association reveals floorplan for EBACE

The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) has unveiled a refreshed and revitalised floor plan layout for this year’s European Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (EBACE25) to deliver maximum value for the industry.

According to the association, the show floor is easy to navigate and designed to maximise footfall to exhibitor booths. It features a new, centrally located registration zone, three conference theatres and five networking lounges. EBAA says the floor plan will continue to be updated as more exhibitor locations are placed.

“As EBACE is by the industry and for the industry, our vision is to have a show floor that is more inclusive, ensuring visibility for our exhibitors, whilst being easy to navigate for visitors,” commented Robert Baltus, chief operating officer at EBAA. “This is a design that delivers. A highly demanded request for EBACE has been to have more dedicated networking spaces. We’ve listened and one big change for this year is the introduction of five networking lounges, which offer unparalleled opportunities to connect and meet.

“Whether it’s to catch up with industry colleagues, have a meeting, or make that first introduction, the lounges provide convenience and the confidence to do business. We’re also increasing our catering zones for coffee and lunch meetings and installing small, free-to-use pods for groups of two and four who want a more private setting.

“Change will be visible from the very first step you take into Palexpo this year. EBAA is looking forward to welcoming you to an EBACE unlike any other in May.”
