United has formed a partnership with Chef’s Table, the company behind the Netflix series of the same name, to bring 10 new meal experiences to the United Polaris international business class menu developed by 11 chefs from around the world. Each meal set will be offered on flights departing from the chef’s home city, with the new offerings set to be available from 1 August 2026, including an appetiser, salad, and entrée.
