Viasat has expanded its European Aviation Network (EAN) to include Serbia and major Eastern European routes.
The company says that in-flight connectivity demand is evolving in Europe and this expansion reflects Viasat’s long-term commitment to the European market, boosting connectivity on EAN-equipped aircraft across key Balkan routes and routes from Germany and western Europe into Greece.
The connectivity offering is delivered in partnership with Deutsche Telekom and utilises EAN’s unique integrated S-band satellite and complementary ground component network.
