Wilbert de Louw, founder and Chief Executive Officer at Foodcase International, a food solutions provider for travel, is stepping down from his position on 31 August after 14 years. de Louw founded Foodcase International in January 2011, and will now continue as a shareholder and advisory to the board. He will be replaced by Geert Doek, the current Chief Operating Officer.
“It has been an incredible privilege to lead Foodcase and build this company with such a passionate and talented team,” said de Louw. “I am confident that with Geert and Iris stepping into their new roles, the company is well positioned for its next phase of growth. This transition marks an exciting new era for Foodcase International. What began in 2011 as an entrepreneurial venture has grown into a respected and innovative player in the international airline catering and food solutions industry. This would not have been possible without the support, trust, and collaboration of many stakeholders and long term dedicated suppliers and great customers, for which I am truly grateful.”

In addition to this news, Iris Anna Groeneweg, who currently serves in a senior commercial leadership role, will become Chief Commercial Officer, where she will be responsible for all commercial activities, client relationships, business development and market expansion.
