AVIACTION, has signed a partnership with a Spanish foundation that promotes socially inclusive employment

Spanish aviation group AVIACTION, which was formed by AIRE and SERVITEC Aircraft Maintenance, has announced that is has entered into a collaboration agreement with Fundación Integra to develop a social integration project for people that face social exclusion.

AVIACTION says that this partnership aligns the company with Compromiso Integra, which is a network of socially responsible companies established by Fundación Integra, aiming to improve employment prospects for female victims of domestic violence, people with disabilities and other groups at risk of social exclusion.

Rafael Lora, Director of Human Resources at AVIACTION, and Patricia Campayo, Director of Selection at Fundación Integra, signed the agreement to inaugurate the collaboration. “This collaboration marks a milestone in our group’s journey and our commitment to society,” Rafael Lora said. “At AVIACTION, we endorse inclusive employment and firmly believe that, with Fundación Integra, we are on the right path.”

Patricia Campayo said: “AVIACTION’s commitment will transform the lives of individuals with challenging pasts, assisting them in starting over through professional inclusion. This initiative will provide them with stability, autonomy and self-confidence.”

According to AVIACTION, through this partnership, its employees have the opportunity to actively participate in training these individuals via corporate volunteering and conduct workshops to enhance the employability of those with complex backgrounds and disabilities.
