AviationManuals and Signum Aviation offer free sample flight plans for LOA applications

AviationManuals has announced a collaboration with flight planning and international trip support services company Signum Aviation.

The agreement sees Signum now providing AviationManuals’ clients applying for LOAs (Letters of Authorisation) complimentary sample flight plans to instantly make operators’ jobs easier and LOA applications more accurate.

The agreement was formalised during NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas in October. Signum Aviation is taking proactive steps to demonstrate the company’s services by offering this free introductory LOA flight plan to the U.S. market as part of the LOA application standard documentation request.

With the support of AviationManuals, the company says Signum Aviation now has the capability to setup a dedicated client portal to produce a sample flight plan. This customer service portal pulls together flight operator information, appropriate aircraft data, and all of the other applicable flight data, to be in full compliance with FAA international standards.

“Our focus is to support operators with compliant and accurate flight plans for submission with their LOA application, working in partnership with AviationManuals we believe greatly streamlines the process for our mutual clients” said Signum Aviation CEO, Jonathan Gill.

“It just makes good sense to offer Signum’s high quality flight plans in support of operators LOA applications since it is an area where errors are so often made,” said Mark Baier, CEO of AviationManuals.
