Business aviation figureheads Mark Abbott, Conan McGale and Jeffrey Emmenis have launched Vertis Aviation Aircraft Trading, a new aircraft broking venture combining more than 60 years of sector experience.

The new business follows a surge in requests for aircraft transaction support for sister company Vertis Aviation as well as growing market demand for personalised, transparent transactions.

“Our industry familiarity means we are distinctive in our ability to share our knowledge and provide dependable, data-driven advice to existing and new buyers and sellers from pre-to-post transaction,” said Mark Abbott, CEO, Vertis Aviation Aircraft Trading, “in addition to supporting trading, we can help connect customers with reputable, legal, financial and fiscal professionals and advise on aircraft management, refurbishment or maintenance options.”

The Dubai-based aircraft broker is led by CEO Mark Abbott and Directors Conan McGale and Jeffery Emmenis, who each bring individual experience, like conducting international negotiations between owners, operators, airframe manufacturers and brokers; managing pre-owned aircraft transactions and trading used airframes and bringing a precise understanding of the transforming requirements of business aviation users, respectively.

Abbott added that through the relationship with Vertis Aviation, the new brokerage will also provide support to customers looking to upgrade from charter to ownership or support divestment as owners downgrade:

“We want to build trusted lifetime relationships to help our clients optimise their business aviation usage from start to finish.”
