Saudia is collaborating with Accenture to create a seamless and personalised passenger experience by implementing new digital services.

The Saudi Arabian flag carrier is embracing artificial intelligence through new airline-specific AI systems to guarantee a seamless travel experience and reduce operational costs.

Initiatives include a digital experience studio, modernisation of technical systems and development of a smart guest care centre, all of which enable passengers to modify flights, pre-order food options and purchase transit eVisas via digital channels.

Additionally, the airline has recognised its pre-existing digital services as equally integral to its mission, including its inflight shopping experience via Skysales, its in-flight entertainment system, which it successfully relaunched back in 2022 as well as high-speed WiFi available on select A330 and A320 aircraft at no cost.
