Thales completes acquisition of Cobham Aerospace Communications

Thales has announced that the company has completed the acquisition of Cobham Aerospace Communications, (AeroComms), an advanced innovative safety cockpit communication and connectivity systems supplier.

According to Thales, the acquisition complements and strengthens its avionics portfolio. AeroComms has a well-invested footprint in France, South Africa, USA/Canada and Denmark.
