Aircraft component parts, repair and supply chain solutions provider AJW Group has announced new appointments to its executive leadership team.
The company has appointed Barry Swift as its Chief Operating Officer and Clare Brown will assume the role of Senior Vice President (SVP) Finance.
Barry Swift has an impressive track record within the industry, including four years of experience as Senior Vice President of Operations at AJW Group, as well as multiple sectors including FMCG, capital equipment, automotive and defence. AJW Group says Barry’s primary responsibility will be to provide direct support to the Board and the UK Delivery team and he will also be driving the integration of the Delivery function within AJW and fostering close collaboration with the operational team at the company’s MRO facility AJW Technique, optimising in-house capabilities.
Clare Brown, SVP Finance, spent seven years at AJW Group as Finance Director and 25 years in the aviation industry. Clare had a 12-year tenure as Finance Director at Thomas Cook. She will be playing a pivotal role in managing the company’s assets and ensuring financial stability and growth.
