Aircraft component parts, repair, and supply chain solutions provider AJW Group has announced the appointment of David Ropper as Vice President of Business Development for the North American region.
Ropper has held roles with OEMs and lessors, including 13 years at BAE Systems and five years at Elix Aviaton. His expertise in leasing and relationship-building positions him perfectly to foster customer connections while elevating the AJW brand and its comprehensive suite of services.

Ropper will be spearheading the company’s strategic business growth throughout North America and showcasing its MRO facility AJW Technique’s abilities.
AJW Group says AJW Technique, which is located in Canada, serves as the central hub for the company’s component maintenance, repair, and overhaul services. It collaborates directly with airline customers to enhance component reliability, optimise time on-wing and minimise direct maintenance costs.
