Alaska Airlines is introducing Stumptown Coffee Roasters’ custom coffee blend on board its flights.
Alaska Airlines says the carrier believes in strengthening and supporting the communities of its employees, neighbours and passengers and Portland, Stumptown’s hometown, has more than 2,400 of the carrier’s employees based in the area.
Alaska Airlines features dozens of West Coast-based food and beverage brands on board and has a long history of collaborating with partners who share the airline’s commitment to the planet, its communities and to providing caring service. “Having flown millions of miles fuelled by countless cups of coffee, Stumptown stands out as first class,” said Alaska Airlines CEO Ben Minicucci.
“Like travel, coffee has a remarkable way of bringing people together. I can’t wait for our guests and employees to enjoy a cup of Stumptown when they fly with us.”
