UAE national carrier Etihad Airways has won the ‘Design Airline of the Year 2023’ award at the annual DesignAir Awards, also receiving DesignAir’s ‘Most Improved Airline Brand’ award.
Etihad’s continued investment in guest experience was praised at the awards. The introduction of new menus and the launch of a new design-led and sustainable Economy dining experience this year were part of this, and the carrier also announced a new partnership with Armani/Casa for its Business class experience.
