Moldova-based low-cost carrier FlyOne has selected the Mirus Aircraft Seating Hawk economy seat to retrofit its two A321 aircraft with a 220-passenger configuration. The seats will be delivered in June 2023.

“After considering various seating options for our A321 aircraft, we opted for the Hawk,” said Alexandr Pilipciuc, Technical Director, FlyOne. “We were impressed by the sleek design, low weight and the attention to detail shown by Mirus when it came to our specific requirements. We are looking forward to receiving the first shipment of seats this month, and to hearing our customers’ feedback once they are in service.”

“We are thrilled to announce FlyOne as our launch customer for the new version of Hawk,” added Marcus Williams, Global Sales and Marketing Director, Mirus. “The weight saving FlyOne will achieve is incredible and supports both their and our own sustainability goals, while maintaining a comfortable and modern design.”
