Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAUDIA) has revealed its in-flight catering options for its First, Business and Economy classes, with options including dietary and special diet menus, children’s meals, menus for members of different religions and dishes from international cuisine, as well as dishes reflecting Saudi culture.

First Suite guests on long-haul flights will be offered a four course seasonal menu, with the option to order from a wide menu later in the flight, which is then prepared onboard by a chef.

Business Class passengers will be offered an exclusive three-course menu, which includes a wide selection of starters, main courses and desserts from different regional cuisines. These meals are then accompanied by a suitable beverage selection of coffees and teas, soft drinks, mocktails, smoothies and fresh juices.

SAUDIA’s Guest Class passengers have the choice between a range of Saudi, Western and destination cuisine, including options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, as well as just non-vegetarian options. This menu includes an appetiser, a choice from three main courses with side dishes, as well as a dessert, with an accompanying selection of beverages.
