Soisa Aircraft Interiors opens Dubai facility

Cabin interiors specialist Soisa Aircraft Interiors has announced the opening of its Dubai facility.

Soisa, which provides upholstery and assembly services for over 100 airlines worldwide and partners with all major seat OEMs from its base in Mexico, says the company’s expansion into Dubai will include a capacity of approximately 10 shipsets per month. The facility will serve clients in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe and Asia.

Soisa has also revealed that its nearshoring strategy will directly benefit the company’s customers including Etihad, Emirates and FlyDubai with improved logistics, minimal lead times for materials, reduced turn-around-times and cost efficiencies.

Jacobo Mesta, CEO of Soisa, said: “We are committed to partnering with our customers to speed their products to market. Our industry expertise has been gained over many successful years in Mexico, and by leveraging our robust quality systems, innovations and advanced lamination equipment, we are able to offer our customers the best possible solutions.

“Enabling our customers to meet their operational needs efficiently is paramount for us and we pride ourselves on delivering flexible and innovative solutions to the aircraft interiors’ market. We are also grateful to our customers, especially Emirates, FlyDubai and Etihad, for all their support during our transfer to Dubai.”
